Recipes for the Intolerant – Recipe 1: Celeriac, Mushroom & Puy Stew with Salsa Verde

During 2010 I seemed to keep meeting people with lists of things they can’t eat anymore. I like the idea of cooking food that everyone can join in with so I’m developing some supper ideas over the forthcoming months. I also need to make food that will fill us up properly, so non of your flimsy fodder!
We’re finalising pages for Issue 6 of Liquorice Mag, and will be including some recipes in that issue and future ones as well as posting them here as we test them. Feedback really welcome!!
And here’s the list of culprits I’m excluding  so far…
The deadly nightshade family, inc: aubergines, courgettes, tomatoes, peppers, potatoes
